A Call for American Boldness in Iran.Reader comment on item: A Call for American Boldness in Iran Submitted by Anne (United States), Jun 24, 2009 at 17:19 I am apalled at what is happening in Iran against innocent civilians. There is no way a winner could have been announced in 2 hours with millions of votes to count. The people want to be heard, and want freedom and democracy, but the Iranian government has decided it will control everything, and the peoples wishes are null and void. Obama has taken a long time to condemn the violence and should take a strong stand against tyranny. He hasn't been very impressive on this issue.
