The Muslims will temporarily "rule the earth", but never the kingdom of God.

Earth will eventually come into God's kingdom upon which time, the Muslims will realize the error of believing in Satan's lies to the detriment of loving their fellow mankind as God ordered through his Christ.

Tovey has it right and easily knows the aims of the Muslims. God loves his creation and hates lie and distortion the latter of which speak to the nature of "Allah" - Islam. Jesus introduced thr truth of God's love in its entirety and purity. Muhammad distorted it through his Quran.
