Your question: "There has been much written about terrorism, beginning so long ago, and with us still; and yet none has been able to come up with any success as to how such a thing can be eliminated."
Terrorism comes from Islam. Muslims read the Qur'an and believe that a Muslim who murders Christians, Infidels and any other religious people and ends in death, are immediately taken to heaven where they receive 72 virgins. Qur'an; Sura3,Aya85: If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to Allah), it will never be accepted from him. Sura3,Aya118: Oh you who believe(Allah), do not take into friendship, those who are not Muslims. Sura3,Aya151: Soon shall we put fear and anxiety into the hearts of the unbelievers. Sura4,Aya56: Surely those who reject our signs, we shall throw them into the Fire. Sura4,Aya74: Let the people(Muslims) fight in the cause of Allah, who sell the life of this world for the Hereafter. To him who fights in the cause of Allah-Whether he is slain or gets victory-Soon we shall give him the reward that is great.
Sura4,Aya76: Those who believe, fight in the cause of Allah. Sura4,Aya89: But do not take friends from their groups until they flee, in the way of Allah that is forbidden. But if they become those who deny the Faith(Islam), catch them and kill them wherever you find them.
Muslims believe that the world belongs to Allah and to Islam, therefore they will continue attacking until they rule the earth.
(See Hadith No. 392, Vol. 4)
"You should Know that the earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle, and I want to exile you from this land, so whoever among you owns some property, can sell it, otherwise you should know that the Earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle."
