Where I stay in Glasgow, 1000's of youths over the years have been searched in streets for no reason. These are youths from inner city deprived areas where there is a direct correlation with the crime figures and hence the reason they are being stopped. These youths have not got much of a future due to their environment and their upbringing but although most through the lack of opportunity will become career criminals, none however will become a terrorist.

The Muslim community needs to start looking within themselves and start to address these very real everyday issues and stop looking to blame everyone else. It's easy to talk the talk but as a British community, great leadership must be showing and you must start walking the walk to ensure the righteous paths are chosen for the young people. Yes, there may be hundreds of youths behind the bars without trial but there is a legal process to follow and this is not just a Muslim issue which you seem to think it is.
