re: the limits of terrorismReader comment on item: The Limits of Terrorism Submitted by rac (India), Jun 24, 2009 at 10:19 the limit of terrorism is until people believe in an after life that guarantees sex, wine and eternal enjoyment. it is for this after life that a hindu will discriminate against a dalit, a christian will subvert a pagan belief system and a muslim undertake jihad. as long as (wo)man cannot take responsibility for his own actions and belief and would rather let a prophet or a god guide him, any and all actions become justifiable; whether caste, proselytism or jihadi terrorism. a god or a prophet is a cloak room where we can deposit our innate sense of right and wrong so we can do whatever we want and let god or prophet justify it.
