Ghullam Mohammed:

You write "By openly threatening a fellow citizen with deportation without any due process of law, Bob is probably committing a criminal act and may be liable to be prosecuted. As for cab drivers, putting out their religious or cultural beliefs to gain some cooperation from the authorities or from fellow citizens, they are covered by freedom of religion."

Here is what wrote in his comment:

"The Constitution of the United States is the Law of the Land, not shariah. These taxi drivers are discriminating against certain law abiding passengers and should be fined and/or have their licenses revoked if found to have a second infraction upon the constiutional rights of US Citizens. This is America, NOT Iran, Syria, Egypt, etc.".

Now, Mr Ghullam Mohammed, tell me where did, Bob, in his comments, write regarding deportation?. Or is it the usual trick of "crying wolf". He only was talking about fines or loss of license, which is legal. Try to have a honest discussion.

By the way, if a religious practice conflicts with the laws in US, either the law must be changed or the religious practice will be disallowed; and that is how laws work in US. In US, laws are made by man based on the Consitution (which can be modified any time by men), not based on Koran, Bible or Gita.
