there is still some common sense left in the western world

Reader comment on item: No Islamic Law in Minnesota, for Now

After the revolting cowardice of Deutsche Oper and the Whitechapel Gallery in London,it is heart-warming to hear this.Has everybody in the West lost his/her mind?I have always been taught that, when one joins a club, one has to abide by the club's rules, not bend them to accomodate one's own. This is our culture. it took us centuries to get here. it is far from perfect but there is plenty, and I mean plenty, to be very proud of.

The mere fact that this question arose and was discussed proves my point. The Free Muslims seem to have understood it, praise them. So,please, leave your primitive behaviour at our borders. If you are not ready ,stay in your countries. Westerners, awake and rise,or we shall all end up like Theo van Gogh.
