Licensing discriminationReader comment on item: No Islamic Law in Minnesota, for Now Submitted by John Anderson (United States), Oct 16, 2006 at 14:56 Seems odd that there is supposed to be separation of church and state yet the government issued license to drive a taxi as a business allows religious practices to be practiced against others under the auspices of the license. I believe the solution is in the licensing via granting and revocation. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
