Islamising the Western Democracies

Congratulations on your success in this. I was sceptical that an email from afar (UK) would benefit this situation and was plainly wrong.

It is clear that vigilance of these type of situations is necessary. It is very much the same sort of vigilance and awarenss that we belatedly awoke to in the 1980's here in Britain - in that case to defeat the trade unionists after their 'insurgency' in the 1970's.. They were using tactics that picked away at the edges of a free society , with massive implications for its heart. They too were motivated by their view of how their (perceived) interests would be best protected if they got their way, just like the Islamists are today, in the USA and across western Europe.

It was only once a line in the sand was drawn and the implications of its crossing fully appreciated by the population as a whole, that they were then defeated. With the exception of public sector trade unions, the TU movement is now a positive and cosnstuctive movement in Britain, as Islamic peoples in our midst could and should be.

There is no reason why Muslim members of our western societies cannot be the same or better, as exmplified by the Free Muslims Coalition's contribution in this case. We need vigilance such as you have provided in this case, so that our free (and thus substantially unconcerned/ignorant of the real problem) societies can understand the threats that the Islamists pose.No area of concern is more important than education - i.e. what Muslim children are being taught at school - both here .in the west and in their homelands.
