Please excuse me, but your response was very uneducated. If it wasnt for Muhammad, the world would be very different.
Historians generally agree that Islamic social reforms in areas such as social security, family structure, slavery and the rights of women and children improved since the teaching of Muhammad in Arab countries. His teachings brought about peace and prosperity to the lands ruled by the Muslims.

Because Muhammad promoted the seek of knowledge, the Muslims nation bacame very influncial in the outside world. Prophet Muhammad said, "To obtain knowledge travel into China if necessary.", thus muslim travel great distances in order to learn more and there was great trading and learning by meeting the people of India, China, Persia and the West. In the medieval times, Muslims were great scholars and scientists and were able to translate the work of the Greeks into Arabic. Muslims introduced the making of paper money in China, mathematics from India and they built the first University of the world in Egypt.

Prophet Muhammad's teachings influenced not only the religious and social life of the people, but also their scientific and economic life. There was a great prosperity brought about by following his instructions that came from God. In the medieval period, the Muslims provided the bridge of knowledge to the West who were experiencing the Dark Ages and by using this the Renaissance period began. The other good thing produced by the Muslims was the beautiful architecture, art and calligraphy as Prophet Muhammad taught that God loves beauty and the Muslims did everything beautiful to please God.

In other words, If Muhammad never preached his message to the world, there is a possibility that the Enlighments ideas would never exist. During the Renaisance period, the enlightments continued studying great philosophers after Baghdad was sacked by the Mangols. Because of this, Muslims no longer became a leading country, and the European took over.

In conclusion Republic countries' laws could have been very different (yet still a monoarchy?) because the amendments are based on Enlightments ideas...

Be grateful his message was spread....
PS: Everything you said was not promoted by Prophet Muhammad. Please provide evidence then I will believe you.
