The Enemy

Reader comment on item: [The Need to Name and] Know Thy Terrorists

Submitted by ADeAngelis (United States), Nov 27, 2002 at 08:44

We have been prevented from identifying the enemy by the core tenet of political correctness : that all Americans are racist and cannot be trusted to identify any enemy other than ourselves. Further, in keeping with multiculturalism, imperial Islam, on a mission to conquer the world based on a one-book belief system authored by a man... with a zeal for slavery, a penchant for money, a hatred for women, Jews and Westerners should be embraced by the needy Americans.

The Qu'ran is in direct conflict with the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

World wide terrorism is led by Islamics and those Islamics not engaged in active terrorism are passive aggressive about terrorism as a viable life style. Arab organizations, after every bomb loving terrorist destroys himself and every other living being within range issue the regular banal denunciations but blame U.S. and/or Israeli policy, the desperation of Islamic teenagers and the general malaise of poor Islamics everywhere on the planet. Terrorists are bad, but America and Israel are worse.

The President should not celebrate Ramadan and should not take it upon himself to promote the peaceful nature of Islam. Islam is a murderous political belief system and as un-American as the Nazis, the KKK and the Communist Party. American Islam is as oxymoronic as Jihad, the holy war. Ramadan in the White House makes me cringe.

Militant Islam is the enemy and non-militant Islam is its active support system.
