Reader comment on item: [The Need to Name and] Know Thy Terrorists

Submitted by Dave Curran (United States), Nov 20, 2002 at 12:36

The fact of the matter is there are many people in powerful positions who are soft. I've about had it with Powell and Carter and their pandering to the feel good PC people of the country.

Militant Islam will always be a problem for this country. It will never go away. I feel for my children and my children's children.

When will political correctness take a backseat to common sense? Is there such a thing as common sense anymore? Maybe we should call it uncommon sense these days.
