Reader comment on item: Those Danish Cartoons and Me

Submitted by John (United States), Feb 22, 2006 at 18:16

Conspiracy theories are of course nothing new. We, the US, also have consipiracy theories on many subjects. Mr. Pipes provided us with only conspiracy theories among Muslims, ignoring our own. Perhaps Mr. Pipe's is trying to convey that conspiracy theories are more prevalent in the Muslim or the Middle East world, and that conspiracy theories are far more outlandish there than in our own country And that majority of the people, or way more people, there believe in conspiracy theories while majority of us, or way more of us, do not believe in most conspiracy theories that pop up in our country, unless of course we read the National Inquirer.
