What ails mankind?

in response to reader comment: Apprehension is too mild a word

I am wondering what is ailing mankind. Why are we so divided, so incapable of talking to each other without distrust? Why can we never have objectively similar opinions about anything?

Conspiracies actuallly exist and are being created and executed. Those who have genuine good-natured god on their side don't need them. Muslims, fascists, imperialists and their "friends" obviously need them a lot.

Hitler wanted to create a thousand years reich. The muslims too want to do it. They naturally need conspiracies for their own ill plans while simultaneously accusing others of conspiracies to distract attention from their own.

May god have mercy - or is he a sadist and cynic who clandestinely sides with the conspirators, killers, muslims, fascists and the like?
