I hope you are wrong.

Thank you for your article. I make great efforts to read all your articles and respect your insights.

I really hope that you are wrong this time. My hope was that leaving Gaza would shorten Israel's lines of defense, and I still think that this is still the case. But more people like you are indicating that it is giving the Palestinians cause to believe that the intafada inspired the pullout and that with more effort they will soon control Jeruselem.
You have convinced me. But I still wish you were wrong.
