Reader comment on item: Gilad Shalit and Doing Business with Terrorists

Whatever else that can be said about this asymmetrical deal, the fact remains that those that value life more than death are always at a disadvantage w.r.t those that value death over life. The average non muslim rejoices life, living, happiness and freedom. The average muslim is the anti-thesis. To them the afterlife is more important than this life. Looking at the islamic nations it is easy to see why. With such miserable existence probably they feel that death is at any time preferable to life. Those muslims who want it both ways simply migrate to the dar al harb. Living among the najis kuffar provides them with the means to enjoy this life as well as to plan mayhem that guarantees them the houris and the afterlife.
