Iran Cannot Appease the LORD Almighty God of Israel.

Reader comment on item: Appease Iran?

In that it seems easy to detour from the original premise of these blogs, in this case, ‘Appease Iran", doing so detracts from the more compelling question posed elsewhere. How does the world perceive its position to the United States, now that the intertwined economies of the global society are in a precarious position and Iran is now saying the world is screwed up because of American economic policies? They are looking at this as perhaps a victory, and maybe correctly so. For it is recognized by some that the downfall of the Soviet Union was due in part to the inability to keep up the arms race with America and fight in Afghanistan as well.

It is part of a process that, in the terms of the Middle East and its participants of a methodology to eliminate western influences for the cause of the Islamic Revolution, may find its fulfillment in a way very few are looking for. And yes, if one knows the tendencies of this reader to bring things into a Biblical view, what we are seeing is a continuation of the destiny prepared for Israel.

The followers of the Islamic Prophet, such as Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Hassan Nasrallah and others calling for the elimination of Israel, can hardly wait for the precise moment to unleash the next phase to do just that, take Israel out. Some of the more moderate proponents of Islam see the process following a more religious method, calling for the appearance of the al-Madhi to rectify the Middle Eastern problem, andall things they are expecting to take its Muslim course.

It is reiterated here, again, that Israel's destiny does not follow the Quran, as so many try to infer. The Quran did not predict, nor did any of the Muslims after World War 2 (many of whom attempted to assist the Germans in the elimination of Jews in Europe) the re-establishment of Israel. This has got to be a burning issue for some, again like President Ahmadinejad, who try to deal with the re-emergence of Israel by questioning the holocaust, not realizing that the facts are there, and cannot be changed (such as the attempts to change the caption at Yad Vashem).

To make that assertion stick, all of the world would have to be in appeasement with Iran, and that is something the LORD Almighty God is not going to allow to happen. Israel is gong to have to rely on her LORD, and when He says is time, time will be counted in His terms, in eternity.
