Do these links permit and/or justify the muslims to kill non-muslims?

Based upon your reasoning, The United States is justified in destroying the land and people of the middle east. Yet it has not done so (yes we still hold the high ground). BUT....when the people of America realize that all muslims think this way and believe in an organization which proselytizes these doctrines, it will act (then all you muslims will be martyrs! - give kisses to allah for me!).
