MUSLIMS/and Other Religions Except Christians have no Historic Right to Jerusalem

Reader comment on item: The Muslim Claim to Jerusalem
in response to reader comment: Names of Jerusalem

Submitted by Josepn Ngumbau (Kenya), Jun 23, 2007 at 06:00

I was just reading the Book of Nehemiah in the Bible, when Nehemiah was to rebuild the wall of Jerusalem, "Sanballat the Horonite, Tobiah the Ammonite official and Gashem the Arab heard about the rebuilding of the wall, they mocked and ridiculed the builders?" (Nehemiah 2.19)

Vs 21, Nehemiah told them, "The God of heaven will give us success. We his servants will start rebuilding, but as for you, you have no share in Jerusalem or any claim or historic right to it"

Nehemiah meant what he spoke and those words are still real today.\
