The following is a very small number of indictments on racial grounds, out of so many attacks by Arabs on Jews.

The Honenu organization claims that the police are in a hurry to attach a "racist motive" to the attack on Arabs... and rarely do so in the opposite cases.

The Movement for Governance and Democracy appealed today (Sunday) to the Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office regarding an indictment filed over the weekend against a number of Arab residents who violently attacked a Jew in Jaffa. Although the indictment states that the attack took place in the midst of Operation Guardian of Walls and the riots in Jaffa and other mixed cities. The prosecution was asked to clarify whether in its opinion there is no racist motive in the case and if so, why it did not appear in the indictment.

The Yerushalayim District Prosecutor's Office has submitted to the city's Magistrates Court for Youth an indictment against a 17-year-old Arab, who attacked chareidi teenagers on the Light Rain Train in Yerushalayim last month.

The indictment charged the Arab with an attack due to racist motives, and harm to privacy.

Four suspects were questioned following two assaults. In one case, a man was beaten in East Jerusalem and his car was set on fire. In another case, a Jew was beaten by Sheikh Jarrah. Three have already been indicted. One of the assailants: "It is better than nothing, but shows helplessness" The GSS stressed: "Violence - terrorism for all intents and purposes".
