Islam is the problemReader comment on item: Converts to Terrorism Submitted by joe rose (United Kingdom), Dec 10, 2005 at 07:34 Why, oh, why, a religion so similar to ours (christianity and judaism) has this propension to create mindless fanatics. Not like ours, mind you. For example, christians can only be blamed of willing to export the high ideals of personal freedom and the rule of law to the rest of the world, i.e., Iraq or Afganistan. And so do Jews in Israel in the so-called occupied territories. Islamic terrorists claim that they want to do the same, but in the opposite direction. But is ovbious they lie. For instance, they kill innocent people. Not like us. Well, sometimes some bystander dies, but we do not do it on purpose. Guess that is the difference.Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please.
