Reader comment on item: Converts to Terrorism

Yes, I do know what I am talking about.

1. Polygamy is practiced in the United States. There are break-away groups from the Mormon faith that violate the law against this and practice polygamy.

2. I was not referring to taking a second, third, or fourth wife in the United States. I did not state this clearly. However, it is not beyond the realm of possibilities that if she did marry a muslim man and he took her to ANY muslim country, he would be within his right to take up to four wives as the Qur'an states. (If Islam claims to be so pro-woman, why can't a woman have four husbands? If it is good for one gender, why isn't it for the other?)

3. Polygamy is practiced in Europe. In fact, it was the French Interior Minister who sited multiple marriages as a contributing cause of poverty is muslim areas of Paris and other cities and towns. Female genital mutilation is as well but that is for another day.

4. As another post requested, what do you mean by following only those laws that are not in conflict with Islam or Sharia? Christians are instructed by Jesus to "render unto Ceasar what is Ceasar's and render unto God what is God's." Do you imply that Sharia should supercede the United States Constitution or Bill of Rights?

Awaiting your reply.
