Discernment vs. bigotry

Yes, the counter-terrorism measures being employed by the coalition of the willing need to be up-dated. This is absolutely necessary lest we continue to export freedom, but laxness to bring un-necessary casualties here.

What about the view that discernment being highlighted to introduce the necessary updates?
