Ariel Sharon's Folly

Mr. Pipes may believe that PM Sharon's decision to leave Gaza is "Folly".

I don't agree.

Gaza is a cesspool of more than a million Arabs which Israel doesn't need, even Ben Gurion didn't want to keep Gaza.

The small number of Jewish settlers in Gaza must not be allowed to blackmail all of Israel.

Their bretheren in Judea and Samarriah must also not be allowed to practise blackmail in alleged "support" of the Jews in Gaza.

Mr. Pipes is almost always right, I will give him that, but not in this case.
