Dear Yonason-
"eminent domain" has nothing to do with this- Its an International matter- The 4th Geneva Convention applies and covers this situation. Because Israel entered the 1967 WAR in defense of its self, ie, did not start this war, it is "disputed territory." Israel's right to the WB and Gaza and East Jerusalem(annexed already by Israel) "Has no less a claim to the lands it conquered than Palestinians, or any other party."= Gov't of Israel's position. Check it out.
