How can commenters here say that this is a good thing because Israel will be allowed to retain parts of the West Bank? Right now Israel is being condemned for even trying to link Jerusalem and Male Adumim!

What about Hebron that is being left on the Palestinian side of the security wall? Israel can construct nothing in the West Bank! Israel is going to get nothing in return for withdrawing from Gaza. This whole thing is a fallacy.

The West Bank IS the ancient Israel. Our history is there. Without it, there is no reason for the jews to be there bothering the arabs. The same applies to Gaza.

By the way, when some of you say that the majority of israelis support the withdraw, do you have any idea the kind of people you are talking about? Have any of you being to Israel? They majority of the Israelis are COMPLETE ignorant idiots, you shouldn't perceive them in the same definition of a secular jew as you are used to in the US.
