Becoming Out Of Necessity Modernized Especially for Winter's Climates With Islamic Dress

By D.K.Milgrim-Heath©2010

Becoming out of necessity modernized especially for winter's climates with Islamic dress-

It's difficult to navigate for everyone with heavy clothing for winter's sake not less.

I'm assuming there's Islamic any winter clothing site on the internet?

Whatever seeing those sites I saw lightweight fabric / wools sold for clothing was all you could get.

Dressing in layers so whatever other winter choices have we or have you?

Western clothing adaption here only is the rules for winter's survival for all reasons to do.

Do your long dresses of your religion have winter comforts with heavy warmth there?

Being able to navigate in winter's snowy weather comfortably everywhere.

Have you ever had winter clothes flap in strong winter winds blowing on any directions of your body - did you clothes care?

To grab for dear life onto a lamp post one winter I did once not wanting want to blow away a la Mary Poppins high in the air!

Yes- winter weather can be beautiful, cruel at times most dangerous so frightening felt so vicious-

Better to be toasty and warm in western winter clothing for health wise reasons comfort feels delicious!

For the dress wearer always never the pants wearer do please do be aware-

Adaption is out of serious health and necessity reasons so dress warm appropriately with care.

Of curiosity's sake do you have personal seamstresses or make your clothes you own?

In western department stores no male is with you in fitting rooms yes–you've a female freedom alone!!!!!

To be able to do that you see our western ways aren't completely all bad-

You're still keeping your modesty as women in stores so aren't you glad!

Of course being your religion was founded not in any climates of cold winters nor snow-

But those only in Middle Eastern climates at that time is not that so?

Adapting to different climates to travel the world you need clothes to be-

Still to be can be that modern Islamic lady with westernized winter clothes you'd see.

Unless you stay indoors with heat never going out at all in the cold being of choice-

You must wear types of thermal clothing becoming somewhat westernized in clothing -I voice!

Being a native New Yorker in that never forgotten crippling snowstorm of 1976-

Where you could only wear pants and your long dresses with that couldn't mix.

I've even worn a winter face hat covering once that only exposed each eye-

It protected me from cruel winter's winds by and by.

Uncomfortable being on my face even though its fabric comfortable and light-

But you're used to your face coverings that for you are always comfortable and right.

In the 1970's you never saw much burkas or full covering in New York all year around-

Now they're more prevalent in the world all they're found.

Be safe for winter not for religious reasons strictly alone-

It's your life you're dealing with care for it –it's your own.
