The Burqa as a weapon.

Ordinarily, I would agree with you. However, as the Burqa is literally being used as a weapon--then it should not be allowed in public. As Fundamentalist Islamists often believe that women should not be allowed to leave their homes--this type of legal ruling wouldn't be as restrictive towards women as many of us would first believe.
