If one can quote those references with documents its good. Even when there is no reference it is common sense that if i can not see some one and that person can see me I am at risk, I cant know his identity and I am exposed all the time be it Security or child. As far their Tradition is concern no one has objection so long it is not dangerous, like Christian wearing Cross or Jewish Cap.
If according to their Arab/Jihadis believes seeing of women is so bad, they can blindfold their men before stepping out of their house.
