Mohamed AminReader comment on item: Niqabs and Burqas as Security Threats Submitted by adam the scot (United Kingdom), Jan 30, 2009 at 18:22 Mo, your comments are nonsense. You DID NOT ask if I, or anyone else, believed in freedom of anything, you were effectively complaining about western states or governments banning Niqabs and Burqas. I simply pointed out the FACT that muslim states DO dictate how westerners are allowed to dress within the borders of many muslim countries, my point being, if the Saudis, for example are allowed to do this because it offends your faith, then western states are allowed to ban clothing that disguises the identity of a "type" presently identifiable with acts of terrorism throughout the world. Thank you. THAT answers your question AGAIN!! Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
