Anti-mask laws?

Back in the 1920's, a number of jusrisdictions in the Southern US passed anti-mask laws after the murders of sherriffs deemed insufficiently "kluxed" (under the influence of the Ku Klux Klan). Are such laws on the books anywhere? If so, they should be trotted out and used against the Burqa and niqab.

Yes, they are still on the books in some jurisdictions. Absolutely, they should be used vis--vis burqas and niqabs.
