The danger of burqua

The ideal dress for a terrorist or suicide bomber to wear and move freely and do any mischief without hindrance. I wonder why the governments are not banning this. This is an obvious danger and are they waiting something seriously to happen before thinking of banning it. Anybody can hide a weapon or a bomb inside a burqa.
