You havent actually answered the Question - Why?

I didn't ask you the question whether Muslim countries dictate dress laws or not. I asked after your beliefs?

Do you beleive in freedom of expression?

- If you do - how do you consolidate the fact that you can tell people what to do and believe in freedom.

The whole point of course is that those countries do not beleive in the western sense of freedom. And that is why they tell ppl what to do.

But in the west - that supposedly have freedom of expression - people can choose what to wear and believe in? SO are you saying that you believe in Saudi Arabia style methods - where to protect your self against foreigners - dress code should be opposed on them
