Lawful Cruelty

Precisely, Islam is the sanctification of that primitive culture of cruelty. Thus it signs it into law, as it were. Instead of using faith for fostering progress, openness, elevation, consciousness--as any sincere religion does--Islamic belief tends to attract and maintain people in a culture where hate and darkness of mind will always prevails.
