UAE just a place for barbaric mongrels who hold $$$ from oil

UAE leaders maybe truly very very rich and flashy from their oil revenue. But do not forget, they only hold huge $$$$ without cultural change. It will take hundreds of years for them to change their culture (If they want), otherwise, they are just no different with their ancients who allow torture in the past then bring it to current modern time.
