ANSWER TO QUESTION 2: DEATH

Let's just suppose that Issa paid the U.N. debt for the next 10 years. Also let's assume that he donated 10B to the American Red Cross. And further that between Issa and his family begged the government of the U.S.A. to take 100,000,000,000,000.00 of their money. Even then why would we enter into a nuclear cooperation agreement between the U.A.E. and America.
