Get realReader comment on item: A Strongman for Iraq? Submitted by David (Sweden), May 26, 2004 at 15:14 I find it incredulous, the world cries out in outrage at the treatment of Iraqi prisoners yet stood by and turned a blind eye to the mass murder in Iraq for 27 years. Where was Global condemnation when innocent contracters were murdered and their bodies hung from a bridge, where was Global condemnation when an innocent American was beheaded, and where is Global condemnation when Palestinians blow up a wedding party in a restaurant. How is their cause justified, They will all burn in hellYou cannot appease terrorists, the more you give the more they demand. Peace activist swho believe they will go away if ignored are in for a rude awakening. If you are in a burning house, simply closing your eyes will not save your life. you have to get up and either escape or fight the fire. The world has been held captive by Islam long enough, I for one am thankfull that the USA and the UK have taken a stand.
