The Root's of Iraq's RebellionReader comment on item: The Roots of Iraq's Rebellion Submitted by Bill Trebing (United States), Apr 13, 2004 at 15:19 Very good, informative article. Other than knowing that the Middle East is and has been a trouble spot for years, we Americans know little about the culture and attitudes of Muslims/Arabs.We need out of Iraq now. Saddam is gone. If Iraq sinks into civil war between the three large factions, so be it. I feel that Muslims/Arabs have no concept of our version of democracy and American time and blood is being wasted there. Our energies need to be channeled to controlling the Muslim terrorists around the globe who have declared war on America and its allies.
