In the Jewish religion a child born of a Jewish mother is always considered a Jew. How many of these children went to Temple as a child, attended Hebrew Schools, became bar mitzvah and bat mitzvah, got married to a person of another faith and left the Jewish faith for ever even bringing up the children in the faith of their spouse? I will leave it at that.
