Reader comment on item: Was Barack Obama a Muslim?
in response to reader comment: No, you're wrong

No point in even trying to reason or talk some sense into you. As I said earlier, you are lucky to be able to travel the world and yet you are so bigoted. If it is so easy for you to discriminate against 1.9 billion followers of Islam in the world, then that says a lot about your credibility. I already tried explaining to you that the people who commit said crimes are not real Muslims.

Instead of joining hands with moderate Muslims (the majority) you just run your mouth with your pointless tirades. For the record, I don't support Jamaat Islami but they are nowhere near supporters of Taliban or Al Qaeda, are you nuts? Neither is Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood. They are for the most part non-violent religious political parties and they have supporters (isn't that part of the democracy you Americans keep trying to spread?). For the record I don't support Religion mixed with Politics (lucky for you, Cheney and your friend Bush wont be in power much longer)

The expat community is shrinking in Pakistan? News to me....lol...When you say expat you only refer to some Americans or Canadians here and there. Look at all the Turks, Turkmens, Azeris, Japanese, Chinese, the French engineers, the Saudi Kuwaiti and Emiraty investors, and Iranian gas-pipeline contractors...Business and cultural/educational exchanges are continuing to boom. I couldn't care less if some expats like you decided to leave. Everything is okay..

As for lack of Muslims in Western countries, look no further than bigots like yourself who scare them away. Apart from EU, there is no incentive for them to travel to places like USA where they are spied on and racially profiled. Blame people like yourself and your totally incompetant leaders for this development.

Most Pakistanis and most Muslims worldwide do NOT support terrorists like OBL. Once again, you provide no evidence of such a dubious claim. Be careful before you generalize, because you make yourself look more and more ignorant. How are your ideas any better than those of the extremists. Even if the extremists are violent and a physical threat, you (like them) spread nothing but hatred and intolerance. Something to think about buddy.

And yes I am a proud Muslim. Always have been and always will be. My religion is my business, and you can hate it all you want --because in the end, it is the fastest growing religion in the world!! Wake up to reality or go hide in your bubble.

Pakistan does not need you at all, thank you very much. ...
