Sick of war but have no other choice than to fight and hopefufly to finish the job this timeReader comment on item: Two Palestines, Anyone? Submitted by Seamus MacNemi (United States), Jul 2, 2007 at 21:57 My grandfather fought against the Germans, as did my father. I fought against the communists and the Islamists. I had hoped that we could finally put an end to war but I realize now that I had been naive in my expectations and that the job was far from finished. The cancer still festers amongst us. I am now too old to fight as I did when a young man and it grieves me to have to pass my unfinished tasks on to the younger generation, but I can see no other choice if we are to live in the world as free men. I can only hope that those who come after me will grasp the vision that was my grandfathers and fathers and as well my own and carry it on to the generations of all their children, That all men are created as equals before G-d and all have an inalienable right to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
