Shades Of Noam Chomsky

Reader comment on item: Two Palestines, Anyone?
in response to reader comment: two palestines?

Submitted by Seamus MacNemi (United States), Jul 2, 2007 at 22:30

When I was a boy I was told that a little bit of knowledge was dangerous but I soon realized that it was not the little bit of knowledge which was dangerous but the vast amount of ignorance which backed it up.

Then I met Noam Chomsky at MIT. I think I realized then that G-d had a very strange sense of humor.

It is not unusual to find people so wrapped up in their own egos that they no longer know right from wrong. Their clever words and arguments are merely a smoke screen to hide the fact that they are scared to death of being seen as human and fallible.
