Hamas & Fatah; Confusing the European EliteReader comment on item: Two Palestines, Anyone? Submitted by David P. (United States), Jun 20, 2007 at 23:51 While the rival Palestinian actors duke it out, Europeans are left wondering where to send their charity money. Western endorsements of Abu Mazen the "peacemaker" give unfair advantage to the Fatah camp which could have dooming consequences. How could any European of Anglo decent actively support Hamas, a group that doesn't at least masquerade as a "resistance" force pretending to be interested in coexistence. Like many, the European elitists wish the Palestinians would end their internal squabbling and reunite to do what they love supporting most, the downfall of Israel.
