Great summaryReader comment on item: Two Palestines, Anyone? Submitted by Salomon Benzimra (Canada), Jun 23, 2007 at 23:05 This piece is the best summary I have read on the present realities of the Middle East. In this short article, Daniel Pipes expresses clearly much of what every sound minded observer of the Israeli-Arab conflict has thought for years. That diplomats, politicians and media pundits have obfuscated these truths for so long – and largely continue to do so – is simply unconscionable. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Comments are screened and in some cases edited before posting. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
