Thats abit harsh dont you think? ... I mean i understand where you're coming from in needing to take action and make stand etc etc, but dont you think making muslims check in 6 hours before the flight and having to pay extra money for the security is a bit over the line? ... Even assuming that these regulations were put into action, how are you going to be able to tell the difference? After all, Islam is a religion and not a race, so how will you be able to distinguish between a muslim arab and a non-muslim arab (they both have similar names)?

Besides, I think it would be more than easy for a terrorist to change his name and say he is an atheist...do you see where i'm coming from? I dont think your plan will change much..

I am a muslim, but dont ask me for the solution because frankly, i cant be bothered to go to rallies and peaceful demonstrations to condemn terrorism etc etc, i just cant be bothered to be honest and also, i dont think i really care that much...Having said that, i dont endorse ANY type of violence, not just terrorism by al-qaeda...but im guessing that no matter how many times i say that, you will not be convinced..because you say """The "muslim-community" has not ever (unless cornered)"""" and here you have a muslim who is telling you that violence is wrong, and i am not saying this because i am cornered..im sitting at home on my pc, eating a pizza and completely relaxed...you dont know me and you will never know me so i could say to you right now "BIN LADEN IS A HERO, HE WILL KILL YOU INFIDELS!!!!" couldnt i? but im not, its because thats what i REALLY feel, violence is wrong...let me repeat that one more time..i am muslim and i think violence is wrong and this is what i REALLY feel...

are you convinced? i dont think i really care...i dont care about anything...i am 18, im waiting for my A level results, and then i will go uni to do pharmacy..i will graduate as a pharmacist and i will work in this country and PAY MY TAXES so i will be a respectable british citizen who earned his right to live in this country..can you argue with that? ....... you say most terrorist activities stem from islam so all muslims in britain must be punished by new regulations....well, if Boy George, or Elton John or Graham norten go on a killing spree and kill 100s of people, you wouldnt start restricting the rights of homosexuals in general now would ya? no you wouldnt, because that would be completely stupid and ignorant, what did other homosexuals do to earn this treatment? similarly, what do the honest hard-working muslim doctors (who treat 1000s of NATIVE ENGLISH PEOPLE annually ) and lawyers etc done to earn this hate/treatment/restriction?

I know you're frustrated JIMBO, i really do, i would be frustrated too (if i could actually get myself to care) but you really gotta get the prospective of both sides mate..otherwise your decision will be flawed..anyways, i wish your frutration ends soon..please dont think that because i am muslim i hate you, i really dont, you need to believe that...just because i dont have english friends doesnt mean i hate them, just because i dont go down to the local pub for a pint or too doesnt mean i hate the pub cos there is english people there...its just that you have your lifestyle and i have mine..and i dont know if this is any consolation but if they put bin laden and you in front of me and give me a gun and tell me to shoot, i'll shoot him and not you..isnt that a strong statement?

sorry for rambling on
