I have to admit that the title attracted me to read the article.you know since Sam Bacile movie I have decided to share my point of view and do it logically. as for your article you have a judged a large community based on a group act (alqada) do you think that is right?? I can tell that you are a wise person and you would not fall into that. you wonder why no moderate muslims speak up. actually we do but then you can blame your media and our media for not highlighting such efforts.

I am not going to deny that there are preachers whom raise the muslim community to hate non-muslims but did you ever hear about moez masoud? amr khaled? ahmed el sheikry? they have many TV shows that are directed to teach us how to act like muslims, how to coexist, how to produce, how to be better person because that is religion and trust me muslim extremist hate those preachers because it is simply different from their agenda.

I will tell you this We muslims were more affected by terrorism more than any other nations. I am Iraqi and many innocent people were killed because of war on terrorism all because of osama bin laden and the proof there are no longer american troops in here and still last month a car exploded in the middle of street full of people selling fish, fruits and kids selling plastic bags most of the people who go there are poor because the prices there are far less than any other market.

I can't underestimate the sorrow that American people have gone through because of september eleven but you miss the fact that we have this in common we have lost thousands of souls because of terrorism, and just because osama bin laden who happened to be a muslim started those attacks does not make muslim less human and we sure don't deserve being a victim of his behaviours. I will use a scene from a time to kill and try it..close your eyes please imagine an 11 years old boy waking up at 6 am not because he is going to school but because his mother is sick his father is dead and he has more 2 sisters that he needs to support so he has to skip school and work, he pulls a huge bag full of plastic bags he walks for 40 minutes to reach the market because he can't afford transportation he reaches to the market tired and full of sweat because the tempreature is 122 fahrenheit he sits down puts the plastic bags in front of him all of the sudden a cop appears near a car and the car explodes, one of his family members hears about it and goes to check on him and the only thing he finds a shattered pieces of his shirt and pants and no sign of him now imagine he is MUSLIM

I hope you get the point as far as moderate muslims I don't think that your government or our governments would share our efforts to you americans cause there would be no more politics
