A different mindset

...I realize that many who teach the Koran are good and the interpretations of this holy book can be used to persuade its followers to do harm, but this religion, in the hands of an impoverished nation can be extremely dangerous.

These people in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan and other muslim nations are people who have no pasts, no futures, and nothing to believe in but Islam. We have all seen in the past the dangers of a theistic government. The truth is the real teachings of Islam, ( not what some hippie, rastafarian convert thinks it is) is of suppression, and intolerance...

People don't realize the power they have. I can't think of greater power than the human spirit. I personally don't give any credit to god for something that I have worked so hard to accomplish and something I feel so passionately about. Its not a god's love that will save this world, but rather our own.
