Bush Mineta and Mueller's PC would do Clinton proud.

Reader comment on item: Terror & Denial [by Hadayat at LAX]

Submitted by Marty Modance (United States), Jul 13, 2002 at 18:40

When I voted for Bush in 2002 I was hoping I might get another Reagan but wound up instead with a Mr. Rogers wannabee. He opposes arming our pilots, and racially profiling the Islamic enemy at our airports, and has his FBI Chief/Head Social Worker suck up to our enemies.

The fact it took 20 months of Yasser's slaughter of Israeli civilians to convince Bush to WAKE UP and reject the man who's been masterminding the massacre of Israelis and Americans (remember Leon Klinghoffer and the Achille Lauro?) for over 30 years reflects a shocking naivete on the part of a president in Time of War. His constant allusion to our enemies as merely "the terrorists" instead of Muslim Fundamentalists, financed by our Saudi "friends" seriously damages the nation's attempts to focus on the nature of the real threat, and may well cost untold number of our citizens.
