Coptic Christians are also Egyptian immigrants

Reader comment on item: Terror & Denial [by Hadayat at LAX]

Dear Mr. Pipes,

You made your point clearly and squarly. I agree with everything you wrote, almost!. I do disagree with you in one thing. You call this terrorist an Egyptian immegrant, may be that is true but not all the truth. In the United States of America there are more than one million Coptic (Christian) Egyptian Immigrants, we love the USA very much, we love Jews, we love Egyptians, we even love Moslems. Coptic Christians never, throughout the history have been a part of any terrorist, or even any violent act of any kind. Our homes, Churches, and families are being attacked and destroyed by Moslem fundamentalists in Egypt for the last forteen centuries. We are also victums just like all these innocent Americans and Jews are. Please do not put all Egyptian Immigrants in one category, we refuse to. This Hisham Mohammad is a Moslem Terrorist, before being an Egyptian immigrant.

Thank you.
