A 'real' terrorist

Reader comment on item: Terror & Denial [by Hadayat at LAX]

Submitted by Judah Eizikovitz (United States), Jul 10, 2002 at 22:59

Not only do they refuse to label real acts of terrorism as such, but the Patriot Act has allowed the word to be applied to non-terror situations. I just read that Allen Iverson, a pro-basketball player, might be arrested for barging into an apartment with a gun and threatening the people who housed his wife after she left him. Among the charges he may face are assault and, of course, terrorism.
